Business days
Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 5:00 p.m. m. However, we understand that flexibility is key, and in some roles, alternative schedules can be agreed depending on the needs of the team and business.
Leisure
We value your well-being and offer all our employees a minimum of two weeks of paid vacation per year. This vacation can be used for travel, personal time, or self-care if you need it. Plus, each year, you can accrue additional vacation time—up to four weeks!

Health care
We understand that health comes first. We offer up to five days of paid sick leave per year, so you can take care of yourself or attend medical appointments, worry-free!
Support in difficult times
In times of loss, we offer up to three days of paid bereavement leave per year to help you cope.
Jury and Military Service
If you are called up for jury duty or active military duty, we guarantee your regular salary during that time. Your commitment to duty should not affect your financial stability.
Payment calendar
Payments will be made according to the following schedule:
- Salary: Biweekly
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly
- Profit Sharing: Annual
- Project Completion Bonus: The payment date for the current period in which the project is delivered
- Retention Bonus and Incentive Plan: Every three to six months.
Payment Methods: All payments will be made by direct deposit into your account. You can choose between the following payment methods: Private Bank; Visa/MasterCard; Western Union; Payoneer
